Since 1647, the Di Martino family has been cultivating the century-old olive trees of Masseria Schinosa, in the heart of Puglia. Today led by sisters Maria Francesca and Ludovica, the estate oversees every step of production with a sustainable and demanding approach, a family craft regularly recognized by international awards.

We selected this single-variety Peranzana for its expressive herbaceous profile and lively palate. A powerful and fresh oil, for enthusiasts of oils with pronounced pungency.
