Our Approach
Maurizio, our forefather, found refuge here while fleeing Mussolini’s Italy. Since then, our family has cared for this forest. Our unique approach: to breathe new life into the lost olive grove by replanting extraordinary trees some a thousand years old, others a century old brought from Spain to give them a second life. Each tree is a living link between the past and the present, a witness to the history of this place and our family’s commitment. The Templar ruins, the Roman legacy, and these rescued trees together form a living and exceptional heritage that we protect with care.
A Family Story
A Vision for the Future
Christian Davico and Julie Davico-Pahin share a common vision: that of a demanding entrepreneurial spirit, guided by purpose and the passing down of tradition. As father and daughter, they are now putting their experience to work on a deeply personal project.
This estate marks a return to their roots, in a place steeped in family history. Together, they pursue a sincere ambition: to accurately reveal the richness of the terroir, strive for sustainable excellence, and build a legacy for generations to come.
