OUR APPROACH
In the heart of the protected Sainte-Victoire mountain range, we have set out to recreate an olive grove that has been lost since Roman and Templar times. To do so, we rescued remarkable olive trees - some over a century old, others over a millennium - that were destined for destruction in Spain, and replanted them here, in the middle of the forest.
Our commitment is simple: to revive this historic landscape, preserve the estate’s exceptional biodiversity, and share our passion for exceptional olive oils. Every tree we welcome carries on an ancient history and contributes to the future of this unique place.
