Bianca Belleza - Mate Olive Oil (Croatia)

Extra virgin olive oil, green fruity, 2025 harvest

Regular price 31,50€
Taxes included.

Founded in 1994 by Mate Vekic to revive the Istrian olive-growing tradition, the estate cultivates 70 hectares of olive trees in Savudrija, Croatia. Hand-harvested and then quickly pressed, the olives produce an exceptional extra virgin olive oil, grown using organic and sustainable farming methods. The estate notably received a perfect score of 100/100 in the Flos Olei guide.

We selected Bianca Belleza for the freshness of its fruitiness, its aromatic precision, and its remarkable balance. An intense and refined oil that clearly expresses the personality of the Bianchera variety.
