Héritage Victoire draws inspiration from the unspoiled terroir of Sainte-Victoire. With the "Une journée en Provence" range, each oil invites you to follow the moments of a day through its aromatic profiles. Hailing from the Aix Valley, this cuvée perfectly expresses purity, balance, and aromatic richness in the spirit of Provençal tradition.

We selected L'Initiale for its roundness, its smoothness, and its rich, indulgent character. A harmonious oil that evokes a generous and luminous Provence.

Primarily raw (as a finishing touch, in salads, on vegetables) to preserve the full aromatic range. For cooking, prefer gentle heat.

How to taste it just like at the estate?

Pour a drizzle, wait a few seconds, then taste. The herbaceous notes and length emerge gradually.
