After exploring the estate and its revitalized olive grove, continue the experience with an introduction to professional tasting of exceptional olive oils.
In a blind tasting, using professional colored glasses, you'll explore six carefully selected oils: the signature oils of Domaine Héritage Victoire, as well as rare, award-winning grand cru oils sourced directly from producers around the world. Our sommelier will guide you through the aromas, textures, balances, and unique characteristics of each cuvée.
The tasting is accompanied by a platter of cheeses, charcuterie, fresh bread, and seasonal produce, designed to highlight the oils' aromatic subtleties and their culinary pairings.
The tour is confirmed from 2 participants. If this minimum is not reached, we will contact you to offer a rescheduling or a refund.

Recommended attire
Please wear comfortable walking shoes. The estate's paths are natural and can be steep. Exception: the Land Rover tour does not require any special attire.
Access to the estate

Protected natural site
The estate is located within a designated natural area. Respect for the flora and fauna is essential. Smoking, lighting fires, and straying from the group are prohibited. Please keep noise to a minimum to preserve the animals' peace and quiet.
Bad weather
In the event of a prefectural order related to fire risk or dangerous weather conditions, the service may be canceled. You will be notified the day before after 6:00 PM and receive a full refund.
