Nyons AOP - Domaine Les Gimiers (France)

Organic Nyons AOP extra virgin olive oil, 2025 harvest

Regular price 26,50€
Taxes included.

Nestled in the sun-drenched hills of Drôme Provençale, Domaine Les Gimiers produces an exceptional organic AOP Nyons olive oil. Made from the Tanche variety, emblematic of the region, each harvest is hand-picked and then pressed with precision. The first French olive oil to receive AOP certification in 1994, Les Gimiers' oil was also awarded a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole.

We selected this vintage for its mildness, creaminess, and finesse. A delicate oil, typical of Nyons, that elegantly expresses an iconic French terroir.
