Since 1974, the de Mora family has been carefully cultivating the century-old olive trees at Finca La Pontezuela, in Los Navalmorales, in the heart of the Montes de Toledo. In this exceptional setting, the estate produces oils renowned for their quality, having won over 75 national and international awards.

We selected this single-variety Hojiblanca for its controlled intensity, finesse, and lovely lingering length. An expressive and elegant oil that reveals the full personality of this iconic Spanish variety.
