Héritage Victoire draws inspiration from the unspoiled terroir of Sainte-Victoire. With the "Une journée en Provence" range, each oil invites you to follow the moments of a day through its aromatic profiles. Hailing from the Aix Valley, this cuvée perfectly expresses purity, balance, and aromatic richness in the spirit of Provençal tradition.

We chose 5:50 a.m. for its freshness, its vibrant vegetal notes, and its lovely tension on the palate. A lively and elegant oil that evokes the first moments of the day in Provence.
