In the heart of the Jaén province, the global cradle of olive oil, the Gálvez González family oversees the entire process from its olive groves between plain and Sierra Morena through to bottling, ensuring full traceability. Founded in the late 1990s, Oro Bailén crafts oils of great aromatic precision, regularly recognized on the international stage.

We selected this single-variety Picual for its expressive, harmonious profile, balancing measured freshness with aromatic precision. A well-balanced oil that aptly illustrates the craftsmanship of Spain's leading producers.
