From the village of Kour in northern Lebanon, Solar carries on a family legacy led by Karim Arsanios, who is committed to organic and sustainable farming. Made from carefully cultivated Souri olives, this extra virgin olive oil reveals great purity and remarkable aromatic expression. Award-winning at numerous international competitions, it is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship and an exceptional terroir.

We selected Green Souri for its vibrancy, finesse, and freshness. An early-harvest oil, elegant and precise, it reveals a rare aromatic profile.
