From the village of Kour in northern Lebanon, Solar carries on a family legacy led by Karim Arsanios, using organic and sustainable methods. Made from carefully cultivated Souri olives, this extra virgin olive oil reflects both the identity of a great terroir and the high standards of expertise recognized by numerous international competitions.

We selected Black Souri for its roundness, depth, and great elegance. A harmonious oil with ripe fruitiness, offering a smooth and lingering length.

Primarily raw (as a finishing touch, in salads, on vegetables) to preserve the full aromatic range. For cooking, prefer gentle heat.
